None of your personal info is sold or shared with any one or any outside service. The only recorded info is your e-mail & it's only purpose is for the newsletter.
NOTICE: Our forums are provided by EzBoard and the "instant messenger" is from Jmessenger so they have access to your info as well BUT they have strict policies that you can view at their respective sites.
-- There is ONE main newsletter here that you may unsubscribe to at any time.
-- Messages sent to the staff are only viewable by the staff and that info is kept confidential.
-- When you register you have to include your correct e-mail and it is NEVER used for any purpose except for notifying winners of the "Enrique contests." You have to be a member to qualify for contests so you must use your correct e-mail because we award the username NOT specific person. (We send a private message to you through your username and then you claim the prize.)
-- IPs are tracked for statistical reasons. They're also used to weed out "bad" (non)fans who just come to insult Enrique - their IP will be banned. Ips aren't routinely monitored.
-- "Cookies" must be enabled on your computer for you to stay logged in and for the system to recognize you. You gain points for coming to the site often, posting and helping to make this thing a success
